Choose from options like “Total Body Strength” with dumbbells, seated routines that focus on low-impact strength, and stability workouts. The best part is you can access them whenever you want, making it easy to fit exercise into your schedule.
Tune in to a live fitness Workshop
Looking for a community to get fit with? All Core+, Menopause, GLP-1 Success, Med+, and Med+ Menopause members can use our Find a Workshop tool, filter by activity, and pick a live workout to join in on. There are low-impact no-equipment workouts accessible to every fitness level, WWalk & Talks where a WW coach and other members keep you company on a walk (either outside or on a treadmill), dance breaks, core workouts, and more.
