Dietary fiber made the list as one of the most underconsumed nutrients, according to the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. And while protein has been getting all the attention lately, fiber is just as important to keep you full and support weight loss.
To help you hit the recommended daily intake—at least 25 grams of fiber a day for women and 38 grams for men—we found dozens of easy, delicious recipes in our database. Each one has at least 10 grams per serving. But start slow. If you’re not used to this volume of fiber, you could get gassy, crampy, or bloated.
