Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

Vanilla extract

Strawberries

Graham crackers
1 sheet(s), finely crushed

In a small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Top with half of the graham cracker crumbs. Add the strawberries and top with remaining graham cracker crumbs.
