How to Prepare
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray with oil. Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery and mushroom. Cook, stirring until soft. Increase heat to high and add mince and brown. Add sauce and stock and simmer for 20 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over pasta and serve. Toss lettuce with dressing and serve with pasta.
