This chunky mix unites chopped tomatoes, fresh corn, and earthy black beans with the bold flavours of lime, cilantro, and hot sauce. Try the salsa scooped up with baby bell peppers, added to a quesadilla filling, or spooned over grilled chicken.


Ingrédients
Grape tomatoes
8 medium, finely chopped
Cooked corn
½ cup(s), fresh
Canned black beans
¼ cup(s), rinsed and drained
Scallions
1 small, thinly sliced
Cilantro
2 tbsp(s), chopped
Lime zest
¼ tsp(s), grated
Fresh lime juice
2 tsp(s), or to taste
Table salt
1 pinch(es)
Hot pepper sauce
⅛ tsp(s), or to taste
Sweet mini baby bell peppers
6 pepper(s), halved and seeded
