Stay full and stay energized with a simple yogurt bowl loaded with fruit and crunchy granola. This breakfast (or snack) done right has a terrific balance of fiber and protein (up the protein even more by swapping in Greek yogurt). Switch it up throughout the week with whatever other fruit you have on hand or even frozen fruit for a convenient option.

Vanilla extract

Kiwifruit
½ medium, thinly sliced
Banana
¼ medium, thinly sliced
Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt and vanilla extract. Top with the kiwi, bananas, and pomegranate seeds. Garnish with the granola and cinnamon.
