Like an all-in-one grilled cheese sandwich and Caprese salad, this warm oven-toasted sandwich is gooey and delicious.

Ingrédients

WW White Bread

2 slice(s)

Pesto sauce

1 tbsp(s), store-bought, basil pesto variety

Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

¼ cup(s), divided

Arugula

⅓ cup(s)

Tomato

1 small, thinly sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread pesto over 1 slice of bread. Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese. Top with arugula, tomato slices and remaining cheese. Cap with remaining slice of bread.

Transfer to small baking sheet. Cook, turning once, for 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted and cheese melts.
