Fresh lime juice

Cooked medium grain brown rice

Instructions

Warm rice in a serving bowl (if not already heated).

Stir in beans, corn, scallions, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and zest; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with lime wedges.
