This simple side contains just 6 ingredients, takes only 20 minutes to make, and goes well with a variety of mains. Even though the recipe incorporates soy sauce, don’t feel compelled to serve it with an Asian entree; it also pairs well with everything from roast chicken to seared pork tenderloin. We add sweet red bell pepper to keep the flavour mild and family-friendly but you can use a green pepper if you prefer.
