Uncooked 99% fat-free ground turkey breast
400 gm
Garlic
3 clove(s), large, minced
Ginger root
30 gm, minced
Packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
397½ gm
Unseasoned rice vinegar
3 tbsp(s)
Soy sauce
2 tbsp(s)
Sesame oil
2 tsp(s)
Uncooked scallions
1 medium, chopped
Sesame seeds
1 tsp(s)
Instructions

Spray a hot frying pan or wok with cooking spray. Fully cook the ground turkey.

Mince the fresh garlic and ginger and add to the frying pan/wok.

Add coleslaw mix and rice wine vinegar . Stir fry until the coleslaw mix is soft and semi-wilted.

Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.

Add scallions and top with sesame seeds. Spice it up with some hot sauce if desired!
